FAQ’S

Why are your products more expensive then local convenient print booths?

Glad you asked! It’s simple, the quality is incomparable! My products are all made by hand at a family operated professional print lab right here in Australia. The colours print true to how I intended when editing, the paper is smooth archival museum grade, the images will be sized and retouched correctly to print to the intended size, just to name a few!

A few words from our suppliers:

Our clients know they can get it cheaper and faster elsewhere, but they won’t get it better and they won’t get something truly original, but with us they will.

We have the best damn team in the industry. Many of our staff have been with us over 30 years. They really are experts in their fields, they have seen the change to digital and bring that knowledge and history to everything they do.

We produce photographic products that will last for generations, heirlooms to enrich the memories and stories of families for well over a century. Our products are hand made, carefully crafted, and truly special. We want to build something amazing with you.

We are here for pictures that matter, hand crafted for the professional photographer.

What is the most popular print size for a feature on my walls?

A popular size is 20x30” as it’s suitable as a stand alone feature or paired side by side with another. If you are after a real show stopper then I highly recommend the 24x36” or 30x40” torn edge style.

I’m not sure what size or style for my home, can you help me with this?

Absolutely! Interior design is my second love! You can send through the measurements of your wall you have in mind for it, along with a photo of the space and even give me an idea of your decor style and I will design the perfect wall art for your home and something that will stand the test of time and last through the many trend changes.

Do you have other frame colours or mouldings available?

Yes, If you have something specific in mind to match other frames in your home I can arrange a custom frame service at a local framing shop for you to go through the framing process one on one with the professional framer or I can source other options to pick from and i’ll hand the rest for you.

How long do these take to be made?

The turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks from time of order. This may vary depending on my suppliers current work load or Covid-19 restrictions which may impact their workshop.

Can framed prints be posted to me?

Yes, if you live further away and can’t make it into The Studio in Sale to pick up then they can be drop shipped directly from my supplier for an additional $95. Preferably it’s best if you can collect in person to check over it and ensure it’s all looking perfect before taking it home.
